Public Toilets

It hasn’t been long since we published Luzinterruptus Personal Reading in Public Sites project. But Public Toilets is one of our all time favorites.

We have all had this very unpleasant experience of going back home late at night only to discover that not everyone can make it home after a night’s party without making a pause to urinate in a public area. With their installation, Luzinterruptus try to remind both to these people, as well to the authorities, that maybe some suitable urban furniture can provide a solution!

Around a very busy square they placed 80 male urine containers, like the ones used in hospitals filled with yellow water and lights. The result is really impressive and …comic!
