Vicente Guallart on light and soul

Vincente Guallart, Chief Architect of the Barcelona City Council and founder of Urban Lightscape‘s partner institution, the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalunya (IAAC), shares with the Amsterdam Light Festival his thoughts over the role of a light festival for the city and the possibilities of light to used creatively.

An interesting point is the effort for the promotion of more light on the sidewalks and less light on the roads.
